Are Auras real? What is the aura? All of us have energy, and we emit this energy in a subtle field around us. That field is called an aura and acts like our spiritual immune system. Our aura might be invisible to most people, yet there it is. The energy field can be felt, scientifically measured, and many people are able to learn how to see auric fields. Understanding our energy field, how it is generated, strengthened, or harmed, frequencies and their impact on us gifts us with great potential for medical application and spiritual development.
