Introduction to the way of energy
This course is the first in a series of three courses to understand the Taoist ideas about how energy works, how the cosmos was created, how the inner and outer cosmos are related, and to learn the patterns and cycles of energy. Tao Cosmology 1 introduces the concepts of yin & yang, trigrams, the 5 phases, bagua, the three treasures, and the Taoist model of how the cosmos originated.
This ancient wisdom is the unmissable foundation and theoretical background for working with Lo Shu, Feng Shui, Chinese astrology, I Ching, and traditional Chinese medicine. It is also used in many martial, healing, and spiritual arts, meditation, and inner alchemy practices. Understanding the way of energy will greatly improve a holistic approach to health and harmony, to nourish our energy, and to understand how to live in harmony with heaven and earth.
It can also lead us to unraveling the biggest mysteries for humanity: understanding energie, frequencies and how to cultivate ourself. Ultimately it might even provide us with a path to longevity and enlightenment.

No prior knowledge is needed.
After the course, you are eligible to register for the follow-up lessons: Tao Cosmology 2 and 3, in which we delve deeper into energetic laws, Chinese concepts, and study the old Taoist images: the Neijing Tu, Xiu Zhen Tu, and the fire map.
