Tao Cosmology 2

Nei Jing Tu – the way of healing

Using what we learned in Tao Cosmology 1, we study the ancient Taoist body map called the Neijing Tu and how it relates to health, our chi (qi), TCM, and spiritual practices. We look at the connections between heaven, man, and earth, astrology, and medicine, and a truly holistic approach to health. The inner cosmos and the outer cosmos. What is lacking in our modern medicine and lifestyle? How can we use this ancient knowledge well in a modern world?

Taoist philosophy is based on studies of nature, astrological observations, and energetic laws; it advocates flexibility and always has a practical use. Ultimately, it leads us to the biggest mysteries for humanity: what is energy, frequency, and how to cultivate ourselves? It shows a potential path to longevity, harmony, and enlightenment.
