Why Chi Kung (Qi Gong)?

Everyone can participate in these calm, gentle exercises. Despite their simplicity, these ancient exercises, when practiced regularly, have a strong effect on physical, mental and emotional health. They soothe, relax, strengthen, bring harmony and balance, focus, stamina and recharge the battery. They improve circulation, immune system, breathing and body posture – that works well for backaches, headaches, shoulderaches, neckaches caused by long sitting, stress and poor body posture.

What the participants learn can easily be applied to daily work and life. We can train almost anywhere and adapt to every level of fitness – sitting, standing or walking, and no ‘tools’ are needed. Just a bit of space.
