Book a training camp

Get away from the noise, bustle, work, hectic and daily worries and activities. No television, no radio. Only here and now, busy with training, eating, sleeping, nature, having fun with each other or retreating into silence.

A week of training really makes a difference and has by far more effect than training one hour a week. Come and recharge your battery. All training camps take place in natural environment. Nature, clean air and beautiful views will enhance your training. We train outside as much as possible, depending on the weather and the group. Training can be intense and demanding, it is relaxing at the same time.

All training camps take place in a beautiful hiking environment, near forests, a stream or river and sometimes on a (small) lake. You will find places that invite you to sit quietly. And what could be more fun than watching the rising sun from a hill or mountain during your training? Each training camp lasts one week and has one theme, I combine theory and practical training for a better understanding of the exercises.
